I was born in Madrid in 1980. From an early age I started to illustrate stories from school magazines, making it clear that drawing was much more than a hobby for me. After five years, studying at C-10 Creative Workshops and Esdip, my career started winning several prizes in different comic and illustration competitions. my published works are "the legacy of Christie" and "In the clutches of Bába Yagá" of Alfasur editorial, "In the dawn of fear" of Dolmen editorial and "The weather as enemy" editorial of the Base, in addition to many others. In March 2016 I published my Artbook titled "Juapi, 20 years of Doodles" with the Apache Books editorial. Nowadays, I illustrate the covers of the books and I am exploring the art made with coffee.

Nací en Madrid en 1980. Desde temprana edad comencé a ilustrar historias de revistas escolares, dejando en claro que dibujar era mucho más que un pasatiempo para mí. Después de cinco años estudiando en C-10 Talleres creativos y Esdip, mi carrera comenzó ganando varios premios en diferentes concursos de cómic e ilustración. mis trabajos publicados son muchísimos, pero destaco"el legado de Christie" y "En las garras de Bába Yagá" y las colecciones de "Choose Cthulhu".

En marzo de 2016 publiqué mi Artbook titulado "Juapi, 20 años de garabatos" con el editorial Apache Libros. En 2019 publico mi segundo libro de arte titulado "The art of Juapi-Coffee drawins, que recoge todas las ilustraciones que he hecho durante tres años. Hoy en día, soy ilustrador independiente encargado de las portadas de varias colecciones y sigo explorando el arte hecho con café.
